Self-Service Dashboard
Once confirmed, guests can log into their personal portal to view all their reservation details, check-in and check-out dates, party composition, and important arrival information. They can also manage their account settings, update contact details, and view arrival instructions you've configured.
Digital Forms & Waivers
Each guest in a party can optionally log in to complete their own rider information form and liability waiver. Forms capture height, weight, riding experience levels for both Western and English styles, fitness level, health status, and any special considerations—all with secure digital signatures, timestamps, and IP verification.

Guests have full visibility into their financial obligations. They can view detailed invoices with complete itemization, track whether their deposit has been received, see their remaining balance, and even request boot rentals with their preferred size—all from one convenient place.
